This is a limited membership for those who "only see the doctor once a year". It provides:
One in-person physical per year
One additional in-person or tele-med visit if needed
20% off A La Carte prices for specified medical services.

How much does Direct Primary Care cost compared to Concierge Medicine?
The pricing for new members is less than the cost of your cell phone bill, or a dinner for two, each month, yet the service is comparable to, if not better than, the well-known Concierge Medicine services that cost 3 - 6 times as much. In our prices, we don't discriminate by age. Because we value family relationships, we provide significant discounts for additional family members. The payment process begins only after a friendly video call or an in-person meeting has been conducted to ensure a suitable fit between the healthcare provider and the member.
